Justice for E & Y Employee Late Anna Sebsstian


 E & Y and every other Corporates of Indian origin and MNC's especially operating in India should be monitored and workplace environment should be made worker friendly and supportive of the employees mental and physical robustness. In Anna Sebastian's case, E&Y Pune Line Managers and Senior Management should be punished for this inhuman atrocities and thereafter covering up the incident. The world is rethinking Total work hours in a week and is implementing 4 days work in a week and here it is day and night work 24x7. Managers who want to pressurize employees and getting more work done in less time should be shown the door ASAP. Indian Government, Ministry of Labour, Human Resources, Youth Welfare and all concerned Departments should intervene in this case and deliver justice to Anna's family. Indian Managers and CEO's working abroad like Pigs for their Foreign Masters and bringing Billions of Dollars in revenue for the MNC's and their shareholders should understand these beneficiaries enjoy premium comforts, play Golf in working hours and are given R&R benefits and ESOP and Incentives and much more. The Indian Managers will get an unbelievable pay package as well but at the cost of the sacrifices of employees like Anna Sebastian. They come back to India with their "Foreign Experience " and implement the same work culture here as well. Let God almighty give this poor girl her much deserved eternal peace and rest. RIP.
