Idea Netsetter Customer Complaint


I been using Idea Netsetter for the past several months and I am very disappointed by their service. First it was Connection speed etc. Also the way they inform the customer about usage and balance is very tricky. They never give this information on time and I end up loosing money by overusing the Internet.They have this USSD option where the customer can check their balance by typing *147*1#. I tried this several times and get the message "Receive:Sorry! Application busy ,Please try after some time. Now they have another option to check the balance by typing *212# The reply is "Receive:Failed". You can always browse and surf the Internet during this time because Idea is making money. But a customer cannot get the much needed information like usage and balance. Idea does not send a message each time a user log on to Internet and then logs out. The message in the Inbox will be 02 days prior. They even does not have a Sent Mail where one can check if a complaint sent has gone or not. I tried to send a complaint to Idea and it went to the Outbox and was never delivered. The message I got when I click send is "Fail to send the Txt Message". So by all ways the customer cannot communicate to Idea or make a complaint online.
